Can I purchase the services separated?

Our objective is make your trip easier, so we offer a complete pack with all services you may need. We do not offer them separated.

How can I pay for the services?

The easiest way to pay is online. But you can also make a bank transfer. Send us an email for further information.

Do I need to pay  the full amount at once?

If you do not need a visa, you can pay firstly just a deposit and later, pay the rest. However, if you do need a visa to entry the country, you need to pay the full amount at once. This is because you will need letters from your school and accommodation and they require the full payment.

Will you send the documents I need for my visa process?

Yes. We will send you all the necessary documents to apply for the visa. It is, the letter of the school, proving you are coming to study and accommodation letter, proving you have a place to stay.

What if my visa is denied?

You will receive a letter explaining why it was denied. In some cases, you can appeal, and if so, you just need to let us know and we can hold the reservations for you. If not, let us know why it was denied and we will give your money back menus the unrefundable deposit.
