Remember you won't be alone during your stay. A personal agent is a person dedicated to help you in your daily life in London, to solve your queries, to give you advice, to listen to you and to help you whenever ou need.

Your agent will be waiting for you at the airport, and will be there for you untill you leave the country. He will explain everything you need to know once you arrive and you can call your agent anytime.

English Courses

We research most of the English academies in London and analyse most of their courses, services and facilities. All our partner schools are accredited by British Council.

Depending on your English level, the period you intend to stay and what your aims are, we can tell which the best courses and academies for you.

Different from other companies that allow you to select schools by location; we select by criteria. After careful analysis of your ideals, we choose the best option for you. We offer a range of options that includes General English, IELTS preparation, Cambridge Exams preparation, Business English, TOIEC and TOEFL Preparation, One-to-one Tuition, Conversation Classes.

Our agents will follow up your experience and improvements to make sure you will get where you want.

Accomodation

We have selected a range of different places across central London (Zones 1-2), that we are sure will meet your needs. Single rooms in family houses, students residence or flats...all very looked after and with all requirements to makeyour stay a pleasure.

We aim to offer the best service and we select the accommodation very carefully, taking factors like Location Safety, Security Accessiblity, Cleanness and Comfort among others.

In most of the cases, we can sent you a photo of your new home and the information about the area before you arrive to London.

Airport Transfer

Your personal agent will wait for you at the airport. We only need you to complete the pick up form, and our agent will do the rest.

Once you meet our agent, he will accompany you in a taxi to our home, and introduce you the area where you are going to live, but first he will sit with ou to offer a refreshment and to give you the welcome to First Time in London

We can pick you up from any of the 4 busiest airports close to London: Heathrow, Stansted, Gatwick and London City Airport.


FTL Pack

We estimate that a normal student spends around 14 days to settle down in London. The FTL Pack is a kit with all the necessary material, information and support to settle you in the citiy in a maximum period of 2 days.

Once you get to the airport, we ill give you the First Time in London Pack, which includes:

  • Mobile Phone with UK SIM card

    We will provide a mobile handset with a perpaid SIM card with some credit in it. We will show you how to use it, how to make and answer calls and add more credit.

    If you have any problems with it, your personal agent will be happy to help you at anytime.

  • International Calls Card

    You will receive a card of £25 to make international calls. We will show you how to use it, and you can call your family from the airport to tell them you are ok. With this card you can call your home for over 11 hours . However, if you spend all your credit and need more, we can provide it to you immediately over the phone.

  • Local directions

    We will make a booklet with the most important places for your daily activities. The places you need to know and how to get there step by step, the time you will spend to get to the places, and the transport needed. Your English school or college, the nearest supermarket, the nearest tube station, your embassy or consulate, cinemas, restaurants, theatres… it will be impossible to get lost . However if you fall sleep in the train or bus while you are going to your English School for example, we can direct you over the phone.

  • London A to Z Street map

    Even if you have the rota to get to the most relevant places, you may want to meet a friend somewhere else. We provide you with a the best and most complete street map of London. One of the most needed and useful tools. We will show you how to use it, and give some tips and advice from our experience.

  • Banking advice

    Opening a bank account in London is not that simple. We will provide all the information you may need to make the process easier for you.

  • Insurance

    All our customers have an insurance included in the price for the weeks they intend to stay. This includes medical expenses and travel insurance.

  • Student Oyster card

    If you are coming to stay for 14 weeks or more, we will process a student oyster card for you. This is a discount card to use the transport of the city. We also will show you how to use it.
